Original Shorts Contest!

Theatre du Mississippi is proud to announce our 5th annual  Original Shorts Playwriting Competition, and the good news doesn’t stop there. This year, we are opening up submissions nationwide!

Playwrights from across the USA are invited to submit short, unproduced scripts up to 45 minutes for the chance to win a $50 prize and, most importantly, 3 staged readings of their script in the spring of 2016!
